I am an "out-of-network" provider, meaning I do not bill insurance companies directly and am not on any insurance panels.
Please note that, although I will provide statements for our sessions, I no longer provide "superbills." Superbills are statements that include a diagnosis and are required by most insurance companies for reimbursement. Unfortunately, I know of no insurance companies who reimburse clients without a diagnosis. I have started this practice because in some cases, insurers may deny you reimbursement or request that you return any payments they have already made if they don't accept my diagnosis or treatment plan after auditing my notes. Health Savings Accounts may provide some reimbursement without requiring audits or diagnoses.
